Every day should feel like Paradise in our household but really it’s more like a frat
house. My sons Whitley and Weston never take a day off and I wouldn’t have it any
other way, even if that means things are always a bit chaotic. I enjoy taking long walks
on the beach, stargazing, and moving my hips like yeah. I still run what started as my
family business in Olathe, KS and we make outdoor furniture and yard games out of
recycled plastic.
When I was asked to become a board member for BMA, I was truly honored. I knew
Brian from track and field at Rockhurst High School when I was a freshman and he was
a senior. He used to stick up for me when the older guys gave me a hard time, and I
never forgot him for that. I love the BMA Foundation, our board members, our events,
our mission, and love helping children, animals, and families in the greater Kansas City
area.
After begging me for years to dance, I finally decided to say yes this year after getting a
taste of the dance floor experience with Brit at last year’s Dancing with the Stars event.
Jerry and Julie had to wait for me to sign autographs after the show to ask me to please
dance for BMA in 2027 and I couldn’t say no to those persuasive Italians, who I love
dearly. Thank you if you choose to support me and the foundation for the 2027 Dancing
with the Stars event.
