Tim Reidy

Tim Reidy was born and raised in South Kansas City and has been a family friend of St. Mary Ellen and The Godfather since childhood when he attended St. Thomas More. Tim is a proud alum of Rockhurst High School and is entering his 14th year teaching history at his alma mater and 20th year in education overall. He also serves as the Head Lacrosse Coach and has won 6 State Championships, including the last four in a row, and has been named U.S. Lacrosse Coach of the Year three times. As a player, he was named the first lacrosse All-American in Kansas City history and was inducted into the Rockhurst Sports Hall of Fame in 2021.
Tim and his gorgeous wife Heather are both Catholic school teachers and met in graduate school at the University of Notre Dame. Although Heather is the real dancer in the family, Tim literally swept her off her feet on the dance floor at the Linebacker Lounge, so how hard can this ballroom dancing really be?
Tim and Heather have twin sons, Ryan and Padraig, and a daughter Frances Grace who all attend St. Thomas More. Tim is honored to be Dancing for STM for All to help support a catholic education for children with learning and developmental disabilities such as Down Syndrome, ADHD, Dyslexia, and Autism.
